| A: | The most simple way to book Strictly4Groovers, is to fill out our Enquiry Form, and we will let you know of our availability and the price.

| A: | We usually request that clients pay a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50%, this is payable within 10 days of accepting our quote. You can pay the deposit via cheque or with cash.

| A: | Strictly4Groovers will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement disco. The replacement will be informed of all the details you provide in a pre-party questionnaire that will be sent to you upon confirmation of your party. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to you and your party due to reasons beyond our control, any deposits will be refunded.

| A: | The pre-party questionnaire gives us all the information we require to provide as best quality service as possible. The questionnaire will inform us of yours and your partys' details, your venue details and the music policy for your party (very important). |
